About this wine:
Founded by the fourth generation of Eguren family, Dominio de Eguren was conceived as a project to produce fine wines and offer them to consumers at a reasonable price.
VARIETY : 50% Bobal, 50% Tempranillo.
VINEYARDS : Focused and fi rm. Steven Tanzer International Wine Cellar Vineyards managed by the Eguren family in Manchuela wine region, Cuenca. Vineyards 30-70 years old, with limited yields. Integrated viticulture, respectful of the environment and in harmony with the rhythms of nature.
WINEMAKING : Cold soaked 24 hours. Fermentation settled. Temperature control at 16-18 ºC.
TASTING NOTES : Pale cherry colour. Aromas of wild strawberries with light notes of fennel. Fresh in the mouth, light tactile sensations and smooth, elegant and fruity fi nish.
James Suckling - "A pale rosé with a shy and delicate nose reminiscent of watermelon with hints of sliced green apples and some seashells. Medium-bodied and balanced with a clean finish. "
