德國 Nahe 區乾紅酒，混合 Pinot Noir 及 Dornfelder 葡萄，中等濃度，18個月法國橡木桶，深紫紅酒色，黑櫻桃、成熟黑莓、黑加侖、熟蕉、香草、烤焗酒香，果感濃郁、有力量、有質感，單寧柔滑，根莖味道呈現鄉村風情，滿足大部份消費者對葡萄酒的期望。可配搭任何肉類，牛羊尤佳，特別適合 BBQ 燒烤類型，亦可配搭濃味芝士。12.5% 酒精濃度。

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - "The 2018 Noir de Diel is a dark-colored, deep and spicy red wine blend with toasty notes intermingled with ripe and dark berry aromas along with ripe banana and toasty notes. Elegant, refined and fresh, this is a dense and silky-textured, fruit-intense and finely structured red wine with power, texture and tannins. It's mot really complex but serves the red wine needs of many consumers. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork."
James Suckling - "Plenty of spice and blackcurrant, but also a touch of underbrush and some rooty notes gives this plenty of appeal. Mid-weight and slightly sappy, this slightly rustic red works very well, thanks to the moderate tannin extraction and it's lively, uncomplicated personality. A blend of pinot noir with a touch of dornfelder."

The Schlossgut Diel vineyards, castle and winery are of great historical significance. The winery was purchased by the Diel family in 1802 from Baron Dalberg, who had managed to prevent its confiscation by Napoleon’s troops in 1789. Today the winery is owned by prominent gourmand and wine aficionado Armin Diel, who made the estate famous in the late 1980s. This family estate owns 3 top sites in the Village of Dorsheim, the Goldloch, Burgberg and Pittermännchen, all were classified as Grand Cru in the historic Prussian Classification Map from 1901. Diel is one of few who still vinifies each Grosses Gewächs site at each Pradikät. Schlossgut Diel’s wines are famous for their finest and grace as well as their beautiful harmony between fruit and mineral.
Since 2006, Caroline Diel – the daughter of Armin who learned wine-making at Germany’s most famous wine university, Geisenheim, as well as at famous estates such as Château Pichon Lalande and Domaine de la Romanée Conti – has been responsible for the vineyard and cellar work. From then on, the already superb wines from this estate have become even more refined and elegant.
