關於此酒 :

意大利 Piedmont 區乾紅，100% Nebbiolo 葡萄，高等濃度，明亮紅寶石酒色，玫瑰花瓣、香草、成熟覆盆子、略帶薄荷、花卉、淡淡木頭、椰子酒香，酒體飽滿，木桶、濃郁水果口感，單寧堅實，平衡細緻，優雅高貴，餘韻悠長，適合配搭紅肉、野味、陳年芝士。

About this wine:

An Elegant, austere, noble wine, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated in the town of Castiglione Falletto, displays a garnet red colour with reflections warmer with the passing of time. In the glass it gives off ethereal and spicy fragrances, with light vanilla and flowery notes. A full bodied well balanced wine with a long finish. It goes well with red meats, game and aged chees.

Falstaff - "Very bright ruby core with a bright rim. Fragrant nose of rose petals, ripe raspberries and peppermint, with a slight latte aftertaste. On the palate noticeable use of wood, coconut flakes, grippy tannins with clear, polished raspberry fruit concentration and a long juicy finish."

About BERA:

The Bera family farm is located in the Langhe area of the Piedmont region between Alba and Barbaresco. The winemaking tradition goes back centuries in the Bera family. But only at the end of the ‘70s did they start producing wines to bottle and sell with their own label. Today, the farm is spread over an area of 30 hectares. The basic philosophy of Bera is to always maintain utmost respect to the tradition of the territory and to every manufacturing practice. It is the hard work, passion and the great desire to make high quality wines that earn so many important national and international awards.
